I was a tennent for 5 yrs and the problem was there were roach infestations that the were not delt with and it was a continuing problem.

I have a new issue, which I feel needs to be addressed I have a parking space, which sits next to one with a very large truck, and it makes it difficult for me to park in my space and maneuver around it. I also have a neck injury, which hampers my ability to turn and look around. Management at this location either can't help, or doesn't want to, and I feel this is a safety issue
Apartment is great. Rules are to be followed upon the apartment. Everything within the facilities are great. Swimming pool is great to do a couple laps. Raffael is great manager who is kind and understands students as well. Overall the apartment is family friendly and great for students who don't want to commute.
Rafael sucks as a manager. He is apparantly new, so I guess I understand his lack of capacity. He is never in the office, does not answer phone calls, he forgets to return your concern, kicks around the bush way too much. He is really nice, but is not reliable. Tip: Check your paperwork and know what you're getting yourself into.
I see now why this place has a horrible rating. Whoever in staff replies to the reviews about how customer service is their number one priority is a complete lie. I just had my own personal car towed because apparently the car was never in their system. 300 tow!!! Stay away from this place. These people pick and choose their fights. Someone parked in my spot one night and I called security and they did not tow the car because it was registered. I had to park 3 blocks away. Meanwhile they'll just tow my car no questions asked! This place really sucks.
