Pann's is one of those places that takes you back to a time when going out to dinner or lunch was simple...you knew what you wanted before you got there, and you knew exactly how it would look and taste when it came, and you were never disappointed! The overall predictability was the beauty of the experience. I picked up a couple of their Holiday dinners today and was immediately transported back to my childhood. In a good way. No fancy herbs and spices, no exotic names, just good old-fashioned fare that leaves you feeling satisfied and happy. Time to visit again if you haven't been lately!

Excellent diner-style joint. Had a fantastic club sandwich with coleslaw and potato salad. All tasty and fresh. Friendly staff during the current crisis. I’ll be back here many time.
Lorenzo is the BEST!! We visited LA for the first time in October and ate at Panns. Lorenzo was our server and made sure everything was perfect for us. We talked about how great our experience was at Panns for 3 months. We just returned to LA and Lorenzo recognized us and made sure everything was perfect for us once again! We have never had a better restaurant experience. Thank you so much Lorenzo!
My coworkers brought me here today for my birthday brunch. The food was excellent! The service was respectful, quick and efficient. The establishment was safe (especially considering this pandemic) and the workers wore face shields and the tables maintained appropriate distance from one another so that we felt comfortable removing our masks to eat. The only critique I have is of the gratuity fee for the 7 of us. Gratuity was 18% (came out to 32 not including tax which was 20) and that felt like we were paying for a whole extra meal and then some. It was a bit expensive considering how many people were at the table. So if you plan on eating out with a small or moderately sized group, consider the cost of gratuity. I would say the food and ambience wasn't worth the fees and taxes.
