This is not some B-rate martial arts studio, this is premier level instruction and I have such respect for Panther and all of their awesome staff. It’s not easy to teach discipline to kids 10 years and younger but the patience and professionalism the staff has is outstanding. If you are looking to sign your child up for their first Martial Arts lesson you should absolutely consider giving this place a call.

Our six-year-old daughter loves Panther Martial Arts! Every class we’ve been to has both male and female instructors. We like that young black belts are there helping train the kids in class as well. It’s a very warm welcoming environment.

Panther Martial Arts via online classes are just as great as one-on-one classes. Master Shawn Stallworth as well as the other instructors push you to the next level and take you out of your comfort zone. The adult online classes for cardio boxing/martial arts are not only amazing workouts, but the classes also great lessons in self-defense. Classes are 3 times a week for 40-mins each, but I love every minute of it as Master Shawn Stallworth truly has found a way to make staying at home fun with his online boxing/martial arts classes! Thank you, Master Shawn! Truly love you and the other teachers.

Master Shawn Stallworth's PANTHER Martial Arts/Cardio Boxing Online classes have been a truly great and helpful way to get through lockdown amid the coronavirus. Hopefully they will continue since it's truly great for people from all over the country to be able to join in and learn from so many great teachers!
