I needed a screen replaced on a newer Macbook and gave PC Friend a call. As a first time customer Brandon was friendly, drop off and pick up was silky smooth, and the pricing is very fair in my opinion. I'm an accountant, and PC Friend has been taking care of my computers every season for the last 5 years. This year we did a complete upgrade, and I will be recycling the old one with them as well. It's a one stop shop where I am concerned. It's nice not to have to worry about any of my computer related issues anymore.
Just got my annual Tune-Up, and Virus cleaning from PC Friend. Been using them since they were in San Pedro. They still take care of me here in Rancho Palos Verdes. I agree with the other reviews that it's nice to not have to worry about these things, and just call them when we have an issue, and it's always taken care of right, and immediately. That personal touch of a small company is all the difference. Highly recommend for those of us that don't know much about computers, and just want it fixed yesterday.
PC Friend is my computer guy for the last year. I'm retired LAPD administration. The housecalls have been very helpful during the Covid-19 times. Just got an update, and cleaning of Windows, and my PC is running great. Give them a call you won't be sorry.
Experiencing Wifi problems. Took it to PC Friend, and they solved the problem quickly. Just seemed to be Windows update issue. No charge!! Can't beat that.

I work at the hospital right down the street from PC Friend. I called them, and Brandon walked down, and picked up my laptop, because my Windows needed activating. He did all my updates, and added new Antivirus. Computer is running a lot better now. Great price also.
Highly appreciate the Pickup, and Delivery service in this Quarantine environment. The prices are very reasonable, and the attention to detail is unrivaled. My laptop is running amazingly.
