I ordered from their online store on 2 separate occasions. The first was SO pleasing that I ordered from them again. My second order was fulfilled incorrectly. They sent me hot pink feather trim instead of purple. I reached out through their sales email, it took them a day or so but they're taking care of it! Very grateful.
