I chose to live in an apartment closer to my job, and with research I found Power Property Management. While searching for apartments, Covid restrictions were put into place which did not allow me to have an in person tour. Therefore, this management company made tours more accessible through 3D features provided on the website. With the quick response from management and the appealing/accessible website, I decided to apply for the apartment. Once approved, the paperwork process was organized and easy to follow.

Javier is professional and responds to issues within 24 hours--Tops! He is caring and gives his tenants the utmost attention. Javier follows up after an issue has been resolved to ensure quality customer service--and my favorite thing about him is that he has a keen eye attention to detail. I recently relocated from Salt Lake City, back to Los Angeles. A friend referred me to Power Property Management to see what vacancies they had in my price range. They were extremely responsive. They answered all of my questions, and walked me through the entire application process. From start to finish I felt like I was in good hands. Former tenant here and let me tell you, Javier was a great property manager. We didn’t need much but when we did need something, Javier was always quick to respond and arrange whatever we needed. Our apartment was in a high foot traffic area and they made sure it was secure with fences and gates and they grounds always looks well kept. I loved my time in that apartment! When we did move out because we bought a home but even after, Javier has been great! He forwarded some mail to me that accidentally made it to my former address rather than making me drive to pick it up. It’s just little things but they make all the difference!
