The rep spent 1.5 hours at our house during covid measuring our doors and then we never heard back from him. I called 3 weeks later and was told he is too busy and hadn’t gotten around to it. Save yourself the trouble and Steer clear of these guys

We are very happy with the quality of the Milguard windows and the wonderful craftsmanship of the installers. Erik and his team did a great job installing our 4 windows and patio doors. They worked steadily and cleanly and although they arrived a little late due to traffic, they stayed until the job was done. We love our new windows. Erik even went out of his way to go to the factory to pick up the patio screen that they forgot to send with the order and delivered it to us on a Saturday. Great service!
The windows and doors they sell are as described. Pristine Windows did not do the installation - I apparently couldn't afford their installation - but they recommended someone else, and he was terrible. He talked and talked and talked and took a lot of smoking breaks, and slowly started sucking me dry of all my money and never finished putting on the drywall compound completely and my backdoor is not hung straight so it is hard to close. Their products are fine, just don't go with any contractor they recommend.
