We had an account with them for about 3 years. The last 3 orders where late arriving via UPS. They credited us for the minimal losses we had on the 1st 2 orders but I could tell that they were not happy about it. The final order arrived 2 days late (3 days in the boxes). All the fish were DOA as one would expect and they tried to only refund us for a third of what we paid. I tried to work it out with our rep but we were ignored which forced me to file a credit card dispute. They told the processor that I didn't email them photos of all the dead fish and I wasn't in communication with them and they tried to reverse the charges back to their bank. This was easy to refute because I had all the email evidence (multiple emails) I needed to prove otherwise. The credit card company ruled in our favor and then they didn't even apologize for their apathetic approach to our requests and the dishonest claims they made to the credit card company. There are plenty of other fish in the sea Quality Marine and we are very happy buying from your biggest competitor. This has cost you a lot more than 1 customer, I can promise you that.

Most of you may not know but I am a wannabe Mermaid. While this aquarium doesn't make me want to flip my fins like Monterey Bay Aquarium does. It does work for a quick Mermaid fix.

I had a blast here while I was on Vaca from Seattle and the staff was very friendley. Have to say one of the coolest Aquariums I been too. Defent recommend :)

I like this place better than the Monterrey Bay Aquarium. I know, it's total blasphemy, but I can handle Georgians better than I can handle screaming 3 year olds, and while the Aquarium of the Bay is packed full of the former, Monterrey Bay Aquarium is packed full of the latter.
