I bought a vintage GMT from Ramerica a while back. I dealt with Ayette, and she was very kind and responsive to my requests for additional information and photos. Overall the experience was seamless, and I am very satisfied with the watch! I certainly recommend this store to anyone looking for a fine watch and great service.

Was looking to get my Rolex serviced right away, and this location was the only authorized Rolex retailer around the DTLA area. Ramin and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful as they assisted me right away. I made a joke about his office looking like the one from the movie Uncut Gems. Overall, great experience, and will definitely be coming back as a go-to jeweler.
I bought my custom made ring from here and I'm totally happy with it. Katherine helped me and she was very patient with me, as I am a very picky. She is very knowledgeable about diamond and will find you a diamond at a reasonable price.
ramin has been selling vintage watches and other luxury for 25 years now – a long time to be thriving in LA's chaotic jewelry district, where if you're a newcomer it's hard to know whether or not you're being yanked around. his clients are borderline religiously loyal to him, and after he helped me find a particular vintage rolex i think i understand why. here are just a few details from my exchange with ramin: 1. i wanted to change the band, and while ramin had other bands at his shop that he could have guided me to, he himself said none of them were right, and sent me with his assistant mika through the maze of bracelet and band sellers in the jewelry district until we found the right one. 2. vintage rolexes will last forever, but that doesn't mean things can't go wrong with them – and mine happened to have a bizarre issue where when the face was upside-down the watch simply stopped ticking. i called ramin, and by the time i got back to the shop he had already finessed a slot with one of his go-to rolex service people. the watch was completely cleaned and re-serviced free of charge. (ramin's own warranty is for two years, which is about a year longer than everyone else's too.) 3. i had made an offhand comment about really loving milgausses but them being too large for my wrist. when i came to pick up my repaired rolex, ramin had already begun sourcing for vintage milgausses since they run a little smaller, with a few leads around the world. he knows the rolex line incredibly well, and has stories about selling all kinds of watches to all different kinds of people and institutions – i could sit in the shop for hours just listening. there are many ways to get vintage watches at this point, but it's still very much a relationship business if you're trying to find certain pieces – who knows who for how long, etc. if you're looking for a guide, look no further...
Visited on 11/24/20; Ramin and his staff provided excellent customer support. Outstanding selection of pre-owned Rolex. Easily the most recognizable luxury watch brand in the world. The whole buying experience was low stress and fulfilling. His beautiful staff are a joy, especially Mika. Will come again.
