The owner was excellent! He was patient, professional, and ready to explain a posh process as he worked. once I didn't understand something, he was ready to repeat what the matter or issue was during a different way.
This is a great place to take your Mac. Not only does Manu diagnose the problem on the spot, he is also quick amusing. Although I warn any English Footballers who are not Arsenal fans to heed this warning. This guy isn't shy about his loyalties.
Tried building my first computer. Ran into problems. Brought it here. They fixed my issues, gave me a fresh install, and cleaned up my wiring, all for 80. Very friendly people too. Only minor peeve was I noticed they have a bad habit of not calling you back when they say they will. You have to call them to get updates, they will put it off. Pretty typical geek bad habit, but I'm the kind of person who gets irritated when people, particularly professionals, don't do what they say they are going to. If you tell a customer you're going to call them back, call them back! Anyway, still 5 stars! Definitely recommend and will come back here if I ever need computer repairs!
Great service, free diagnostic, and quick responding time! Took my laptop in to see what was wrong with it. Within 18 hrs I got a call back and they fixed. Thought I had to buy a new MacBook Pro, ended up saving me hundreds of dollars and getting my old one fixed! It works great! Would definitely recommend RB's Computer Repair!
