Alex , Jim and their team are outstanding. They fixed my refrigerator and two ice machines. Had to come back several times, including staying on the phone with a very unhelpful manufacturer for a few hours until they got everything working perfectly. Their original quote for labor didn't change, all i had to pay for was the extra parts - honest, upfront, reliable - I have no need to go anywhere else to get my appliances repaired.
