I love living here. I really do appreciate how the maintenance team wear masks and shoe covers when I put in a work order request into my apartment. They take the pandemic seriously and I appreciate that. Makes me very happy I chose to live here. I don't always like the rules but I certainly appreciate it when I sit back and think about it. Thank you Roosevelt team. I bet you do not hear that enough!

Jack Wallach, and his team, are the best there is when managing this property! Truly appreciate everything that's been done in the last three years for this community! And especially during these trying times by promoting the \wear your mask\ and social distancing guidelines. He always has time to advise and support his residents on finding solutions for any questions/concerns you may have. The Valet, Maintenance and Front Desk teams are amazing!

The Roosevelt Lofts community is a great place to call home. The entire staff is always extremely helpful, attentive and responsive to the resident’s needs. The Concierge Staff is especially poised, friendly and welcoming (especially the daytime Concierge, Michael Herring, who is always extremely Pleasant, Polished and Well-dressed. His distinguished, professional presence augments the building's posh, upscale persona). The Concierge Team (as a whole) is a valuable resource to such a well-regarded, esteemed property. Hands Down - The Roosevelt is one of the best, premier apartment communities in the DTLA area!

I recently moved into Roosevelt Lofts and I’m so happy that I’ve chosen this place over others. Everyone that works here is so friendly and gets things done on time. Christian, the maintenance guy, worked on putting the rods and wooden panel in my closet and he did an amazing job on it. He is professional and friendly like everyone here at the property. Michael at the concierge and Andrew in leasing is amazing as well.

Penthouse level is quite lovely. Nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Lovely waterfall mural painted on the wall (the whole length of it) inner building area. View of 7th Street was really nice.
