Sam and his team are absolutely the best. I had all but given up on a stone that I had broken years ago until I brought it in to Sam's place. They recut it and set it in a ring that I absolutely adore and wear every single day. Not only is it beautiful but it's comfortable. Comfortable jewelry is such a rarity these days, but Sam really cares about his clients and what they need AND want. I often forget I'm wearing the ring and fall asleep with it! That's never been possible with my jewelry before. And if you're uncertain about what to do with a stone or how to fix a piece you have, he'll guide you until you feel confident and happy with the outcome. I've been recommending Sam to all my friends and family. He's hands down the best.

Amazing personalized and fast service from Sam. One day turnaround on engagement and band repair for missing small micro pave stones. Exceptional work, fair price, and great service during every visit and on the phone. Shop is located downtown next to Pershing Square in the diamond district.Would absolutely recommend Sam and will visit again. He was able to complete the repair in time for Christmas, thanks Sam!
