After a small fire at our facility, SERVPRO of Park la Brea came in with a lot of staff and equipment to clean up and remove the nasty smell. We appreciated their positive attitude and quick response to immediately get our building back in shape so that we could serve clients again. Within days you could not smell that there was a fire -what a relief! Thanks Mona and your whole team.

After discovering we had about an inch of flooding in our basement due to a leaking water heater, we called SERVEPRO Park La Brea and spoke to Mark. After explaining the situation to him, he told us that simply turning off the flow of water to the heater would be sufficient until our plumber could arrive to deal with the leak the following morning. Even though he would have done it, Mark did not think that sending a crew over to pump out the water was necessary in this case, and ended up saving us a lot of money. Additionally, he gave us a phone number to directly reach him in case the situation worsened overnight, and then followed up with a phone call the next day to check in. We really appreciated Mark's professionalism and honesty, and although I hope to never have a reason to call again, I definitely will if the need arises.
