Very bad food. Never buy these bagels. Another important detail is that you can only buy groceries in this store for more than 10. If you buy for five dollars, then you will not have service. These are the rules in this store. I do not recommend shopping here.

Came to the store to pick up some items for dinner. Saw something moving in a dirty shallow bowl in the produce section. Looked in and there are live (dying) fish gasping for air. So cruel and disgusting. Why would you not just kill this poor thing. They couldn't even move their tails and were probably dying for hours. I confronted the employees and one pretended to not speak english and the other said 'It's a carp'.Gross.

This is my all time favorite neighborhood market. I usually go for a walk and get everything from Fresh produce, bread to deli meats, cheese, pastries, spices and teas. Now with the #saferathome I used Mercato.com for home delivery- quality produce, with excellent customer service. I would like to see more items on the Mercato website that this store has in stock. Thank you for feeding our family ️ - I used the fresh eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes for Musaka, - pickles, steamed root vegetables, mayo for Russian salad, - corn grits for polenta, served with sour cream and Feta cheese. - sour cherry preserve for home made crepe/blins
