It's a Canadian chain that serves fries with gravy and cheese curds. *It's one of only two stores in the US. The other is in Berkley, CA. The bacon ranch fries were amazing! It's super filling and a very different eat. The store is small with only about 4 seats. Might consider taking your order to go! No fountain drinks, only cans and bottles. Plenty of parking but the lot is valet only. Try Parking on the street and walk a couple blocks to save a buck. The store is locally owned and the owner also works here. Super friendly gray haired guy. You can tell he loves what he does. Service is excellent. Will come back!

The Hollywood location is currently only one of two locations in the US. Offering very nice and personal service as soon as you come on through the doors, the menu only offers fries but the toppings and selection is too good to just pick one meal. Try getting a meal sized to share and get more if you're still hungry. Not a sit down place, only 4 seats, and will have to find parking on the street. More like a to-go restaurant. Very filling and so delicious! Must try!
Great late night eats. Had the Korean and jerk chicken. Both were very good.
Came for the first time a month ago and the service was awesome she recommended a lout of things I ended up looking. The fries are thick and don't dissolve due to the toppings. Love how they theme the fries to whatever you love. Defiantly recommend this spot as it is worth the price you pay. I can't finish it in one sitting, but the food taste great if you have a toaster oven at home to reheat hours later.
Good stuff, portions are deceptively big. Order small!
Totally loved this place! Service from Morty was top notch! He told us his favorites and suggestions and we listened and got Bacon Cheeseburger with chilli and the Vegetarian Deluxe with extra gravy. Was not disappointed at all! It's pricey but worth it, it's great! We will return :)
You can get better fries elsewhere - it's the toppings where they excel. In Canada you get Quebec cheese curds, here they serve curds from Wisconsin. Tried the nachos version: they were very generous with the toppings, oddly enough no nacho cheese. They have a small shared parking lot that you have to pay, but noticed a sign that the first 20 minutes are free for Smoke's customers. So get your food to go; there were only four stools inside anyway.
Eating at the place everyday will make you fat. Make no mistake, this is NOT a place for a healthy meal. That said, if you're ever at the end of a bender and feel a need to enjoy a Canadian treat, then check this place out!
