WOW THIS SO CRAZY THIS OFFICE OF SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION ON WASHINGTON BLV ITS SO RUDE THEY MAKE WAIT LONG TIME EVEN YOU AN APOINTMEN YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT 1 HOUR TO 2 HOUR THEY DONT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT CARE THE BUILDING DOESN'T PARKING LOT FOR CUSTOMERS

Rude! Rude! Rude! Called in to ask about making an appointment to restore my name. I previously sent in my documents to another office that stated I didn’t send in all my documents which I DID! The woman on the phone had so much base in her voice like my predicament was impeding on her day. Every time I asked a question regarding what needs to be sent in exactly because I’m not going to keep sending in all my records and legal documents; “well I don’t know ma’am.” Then why are you on the phone!?
