Robbery , impolite service, be careful your money, I lost 279 plus 38 return shipping for the junk diamond testing machine ( really old than my grandpa but they charged me brand new price)then I keep calling them more than 20 times with my patient more than 2 months long.First, they said received the machine but need to process then keep processing again, finally they said refund to my bank , check my bank. But more than a month I contacted my bank they said never seen that amount from ST supply refund. The guy who manage always fight to customer when they receive customer phone call complain. So bad story in customer service, be careful don’t step in my past steps

They have a manager there named John Who doesn’t know anything about watches who likes to make threats about giving out peoples personal credit card information. If you order there I almost guarantee you’re going to have to change your banking info
I bought two watch glasses at this supplier. The glasses arrived were totally different and not corresponding. I asked for an explanation but the after-sales service never gave me a plausible explanation of what happened. Very bad experience. Bad customer service. Money thrown away.
