We enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was personable and did a great time pointing out places to go and the history of everything. I definitely recommend it. The seats are comfortable and we enjoyed the breeze.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a tour of the celebrity part of Los Angeles, that hits on all the hot spots. Superstar Celebrity Home Tours has a great approach to Hollywood: it's a mix of hardcore star creeping, with tongue-in-cheek humor without taking themselves too seriously.

My husband and I went on our tour in July. I rarely leave reviews, but I definitely wanted to leave a review about our experience. I cannot remember the name of our tour guide, but she was phenomenal. This tour was well worth the money. She was very well equipped with knowledge about the area and the history of the area. Our tour guide helped to make our trip one to remember.Thank you!

The \manager\, Johnny (possibly a made up name) said that we were booked on a one hour tour because we had to make it in time for our flight back home. The tour guide told us that the tour would be about 2 hours once we got on the bus. We got off and nicely asked for refund and the manager began to yell and curse at us, gave us a phone number for \corporate\ which had been disconnected and refused to give us our money back. One of the other employees gave us the owners cell phone number, but the call has never been answered. This has been reported to the BBB so others can also report complaints there.

Man approached my friends and I asking if we'd like to purchase tickets to a house tour. When we politely declined, he began harassing us and saying extremely vulgar things about our appearance and other assumptions. What kind of customer service is this company promoting? Absolutely disgusting.
