My old macbook crashed, ...folder with question mark..., I had to finish an important project for the next day so I called Jose on Sunday morning, he upgraded the hard drive to a SSD and recovered my files in less than 24 hours. Also my laptop is running very fast now with OS 10.12. ( Sierra I guess ) for a very affordable price. I would keep you in mind to suggest others. Wish for you to be busy and doing good in business. Jose is the most pleasant man I've done business with. I came to him with a laptop that had broken hinges. After taking a look at the problem and finding replacement parts, he realized that it would cost as much as getting the same model laptop used and in good condition or a cheaper new laptop. He sent me some recommendations for a replacement and let me know that it really wouldn't be worth the repair, when he could have just kept me in the dark and gotten more money out of me by repairing it. He's trustworthy, informative, knowledgeable and friendly.
Jose recovered all my data from my Lenovo laptop after the motherboard died for a very reasonable price. There were additional problems with the machine's encryption which he fixed for me. Also he configured my new computer and install some programs in less than 1 hour. Jose is always there for you. Thanks for all your help.
My 16 GB USB drive stopped working so I dropped it off for data recovery in Jan 2 and Jose called me back with a quote the same day. For more than a reasonable price, plus a generous LACC student discount I agreed to the price. Came back the following Friday and all my music, pics, docs and PDF's were there for me to see. Jose did exactly what he said he will do and in the data recovery business you pay for the results, not promises. So if you don't want to spend a minimum 400 dollars on some service where they ship your USB drive to some lab and you wait for 4 weeks, I suggest you go to Jose.
