One of the valet drivers stole a couple hundred dollars out of my car and the spare key to my Audi truck and a bottle of hennesy and two ounces of high end cannibis. Since the theft I’ve gotten bad service from management in handling this situation and rude responses from manny the supervisor. I can’t believe I’m being treated like this and I recommend that no one uses or trust their valet ever again.

Valet is the best and easiest option when shopping at the grove. The staff is attentive and fast
I have manual and when I got my car back the whole thing smelled like clutch burning. I can't believe a place like the Grove wouldn't hire a better driver for their valet. I don't even know what to do if the clutch is now destroyed or worn through but this episode certainly didn't help. All this time babying my cars transmission is for nothing now. The guy said something to me in Spanish when dropping the car off but I don't know what he said. An apology maybe??? This was extreme upsetting.
I'm currently on hold being told there is nobody to address the GROVE VALET damaging my new G WAGON yesterday. Seriously? The epitome of bad service....actually it's worse than bad service, it's damaging property. We valeted at 2pm a blue chrome G Wagon went to a three oclock movie and departed approx. 5pm. Now I have to look at my dented spare tire on the back of my car every time I pull into my home.
