This booth has been in the Original Farmers Market for YEARS! It is one of the vendors who has been a mainstay which gives the Farmers Market it's uniqueness. Magic Nut and Candy Company is your old-fashioned stand, selling candy, popcorn, candy and nuts, pre-packaged or by weight. Though it may be a bit on the pricier side, sometimes I just want snacks for the moment and not walk to buy a full package in the neighboring super markets. I mainly come here to buy for family and friends outside from out of state or country, just to give something that is distinctly LA. My current favorite is buying caramel apples! Not sure why this is my current craving but their apples here are delicious. You can also request them to cut it for you for easier consumption. Staff has been friendly, maybe not as talkative as some vendors but I always seemed to be taken care of nicely here.

If you're looking for a variety of candy you'll probably find it here! I came here to make 100 Easter baskets for a team event at work. I thought I was going to find better prices than at Costco and smart and final but the savings was not much. The cool thing is the variety of candy and they open at 6 am which was nice because there was not a lot of people there. I would still go back however it would need to be for a big event.

This place will bring back fond memories of when you were that kid in a candy store, captivated and overwhelmed by the oodles of candy, colors and sweet aromas. They did a nice job with merchandising, and it's really fun to look at all the candy in the jars and on the shelves. Colorful and inviting. Just like I remember the candy store back in the day...

This is the spot for candy. She's got the old classics which I've never even heard of and some of the best British bars I've never heard of either. I asked for a recommendation and the owner suggested the Lion bar (nestle). The Lion is good, real good...

Fun little shop, well kept, with a friendly staff. Their manager (who's name I am blanking on), has the personality of a ray of sunshine. Love the chocolate covered toffee pistachios.
