Very professional and respectful. I am sure a lot of high-end people shop here. I was not one of them, yet the staff treated me like royalty in. Big kudos to Elizabeth and her team. Plus, they made my girlfriend, mother of the bride, to look elegant and exquisite and I still had pennies left in my piggy bank.

They are HORRIBLE people to do business with ... the manager ( suzy) thinks she is working at Chanel in Paris rather than at a used clothing store on melrose ...There was no one in the store, yet she told me that I needed an appt to pick up my own clothes ... AWFUL people .....

Pretentious to a fault. The proprietress of this shop will deceive you at every phase of your involvement with her. A true white collar criminal that behaves like a malignant narcissist. The amount of people she has been dishonorable with is mind boggling. Be very careful of leaving anything with her on consignment, as this establishment has a known history of loosing, not paying for, and/or not returning many peoples things. I am sorry I have to say this but it is everyone's best interest to be hyper-vigilant when doing any business with Elisabeth Mason aka The Paper Bag Princess. I stand by my word here and can honestly say I can think of no one that has a nice word to say about doing business with this place, not a single person!
