Went today to rent a chainsaw for large, heavy vines. The rental area had two full shelves of chainsaws...gas and electric...must have been around 12 total. I asked for a 16” gas powered. The attendant tried to start three of them and none would start. I asked if I could just get an electric. I was told that none of them work. So there are two shelves full of chainsaws and not one to rent because they either don’t start, are broken or just don’t work. So how do you do business? Update 2/27/2020 - came back to rent a jumping jack compactor. Online says there are 5 available to rent. I showed up and the guy behind the desk said they are all broken. Not one of the five work. Then why does your website say 5 available. Please update your website so that people do not waste there time coming to rent items unavailable.

Tool Rental has really changed for the worse. Called last night at 6pm to check availability for Hilti Electric concrete saw. I was told they don't make reservations but there are a few down here. Got here at 6am and yes they do have but none of them are in service.

They didn't have all of the staple guns needed, but everything was in working condition and realtively cheap. Service was a little rough, but ingot my tools quickly.
