I’m a returning customer and just to write a review about what a great place this is. Jordon and Abe are not only professional but so friendly. My husband just wanted to get an estimate of our car. From the moment I make an appointment, Jordon called to confirm it and followed through even after my visit to make sure he can help with anything he can. Great service all throughout! These guys are top notch and a pure joy to work with! My whole family has used them to trade in cars and they are very honest and professional. It was quick and painless.
Abe is awesome to deal with! Honest and attentive. He genuinely wants to make sure you're doing what's best for you. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, gave me a really good price for my car which was not in perfect condition. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I would have sold all my old cars here. And comparing to carmax and another site, a couple grand more was offered here.
This organization is fantastic. I have sold 2 cars to them and it was so easy! You may not get as much as selling to a private party, however that takes time and work. Selling a car to them literally takes about an hour and they are very fair in pricing and easy to work with.
Cannot say enough great things about this place. Just had my second experience here selling a car and it is no wonder why they’ve been in business as long as they have. Not only do they knock it out of the park with their customer service, I walked away feeling like we made a great deal on the price of my car.
