Terrible customer service. They kept me waiting an hour to talk to the guy who sold me my car. After a year I never received the second key for my car. Multiple employees are walking around not wearing masks, including the general manager. This is the worst run place I have ever seen. Pathetic.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Kia of Downtown LA! I went in to the dealership knowing my budget, and with a list of certified used cars in mind that I wanted to check out. I worked with Gabriel, and he never once pressured me into anything. Quite the opposite, he was ready and willing to work within my budget to get me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! I even felt the manager and Chris in finance were both on my side, checking all my boxes and getting me in and out of the dealership in decent time. This was my first car buying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. Thank you guys so much!!

First mistake: I was skeptical. A KIA? Never have I ever even been interested. It just wasn’t my thing. The stinger caught our eye so we started shopping. Fell in love with the k5! Stylish. Clean. Better pickup than the Accord or Camry. Roomy. Amazing sound system. Stylish. We got the wolf gray and red interior. When I say we shopped this car, I’m not lying. I got quotes from leasing brokers, from actual dealers. I was told by 3 different dealerships that the price I got was impossible. From my sales agent, to finance, I was in and out in an hour. I don’t know what these two star reviews are about. EVERYTHING about my experience was beyond 5 stars!
Was there last weekend ready to purchase a car. Negotiated the price and terms and was ready to sign. As soon as they ran my credit they come back and changed the terms on me. Then they have the audacity to tell me I can either take it or leave it. If I would have known they were going to change the terms then I would have never consented on my credit being run! If you're in the sales industry, your customers need to trust you and at this point I lost all faith with them. To this day, no manager has reached out to talk to me about my experience. I'll also be filing a complaint with corporate, because I don't know if they've done this to other unsuspecting customers or not. Customers beware!!
