Went in for a specific model and after seeing and test driving we got to the application process they said they couldn't offer me that one. The only one they were able to \offer\ was a more expensive car that had 60k miles, the one I looked at originally had about 30k miles and was 3k less so that didn't make sense to me. When I tried getting them to explain to me why they couldn't offer the one I wanted they just kept saying how the car they are offering me is icer\, when I explained the miles situation they said \60k miles on that car is nothing\ ??? Also, they try to do anything in order to get you to purchase the car, insist you pay the down right then and there. Which I can understand to a certain extent, but if a client says they don't have it I don't think the salesperson should keep insisting. I was even told by them to ask a family member if I can borrow the down payment. They just want to sell and don't really care about their customers in my opinion. Workers are very kind but they need to communicate with their clients a lot better. A bit frustrating.

The service is excellent! The staff is very friendly on the phone. Kevin in the service department did a great job assisting me with my car. They actually treated me as though I had bought my car from their dealership and that goes a long way considering how disappointed in the end I was with the dealership in San Diego where my car was purchased.
