Wow! What can I say? We ordered a funeral casket here, it was delivered on the second day to the funeral home in Los Angeles. Unfortunately the casket has some small issue, we were unable to close it completely. We called to the Trusted Caskets and explained to the representative all the situation, and he sent a replacement one within 3 hours. He called me back and let me know that casket has been replaced. So even if the first casket has some defect, the customer support and all the service provided from this casket company is TOP. We got all they promised in the timely manner, thank you so much!

We ordered a casket for my father, and the phone rep was very helpful and explained to me all the processes in detail. The casket arrived a day earlier than expected, and excellent condition. Would definitely recommend this site.

I would use them again. They really helped me out and the casket was much nicer than on the pictures, it was delivered to our funeral home in Hollywood the very next day, with no issues. Perfect!!

Trusted Caskets is very convenient , it is highly professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for anyone. Though I hated having to order a casket, they made it easy and it cost about 1/3 of what it would have at the funeral home directly. The casket was beautiful and I know my grandmother would have been happy with what we picked out. It was soft blue and a classy, distinguished choice.
