It’s a small private waiting room with snacks and drinks. I was there Sunday 4/25 at 9pm waiting for the departure of train #2, the Sunset Limited. There was only one person working. She was pleasant and she did everything: let people in, hand out snacks, schedule cart drives to the train. The room was packed.

Nice place to relax while you wait for your train. Clean bathrooms, food, drink, comfortable chairs, TVs and outlets.

Have had only good experiences in LA's Union Station! Friendly, helpful staff, clean and well organized and terrific on sight security. Good job Los Angeles, I was impressed!

Everything tasted great and had a really nice presentation. The service was incredible. We had a problem with our bill and the owner personally attended to the issue.

Probably due to Covid-19, I was not let in because they said they were full

A good transportation hub, but what stinks is the fact that there are only two sets of restrooms- one set on each side of the station. I appreciate that they appear to clean them frequently, but there’s always a line after you walk to the other side of the station. There also appears to be no place for people who are waiting for passengers to arrive to sit. When I was there the cool old school seating area was cordoned off for “ticketed Amtrak passengers only.”
