Worst USC student rent ever! Little bit Follow Up after one year lease ended：I have to admit their price is not high relatively. BUT！their houses condition are the worst! Most houses are very old, windows can’t open/close properly, Ants/Termites are everywhere. And this Linda (owner or agent) is even worse that the house itself. She always want to take every possible money from you. BTW, she will charge a lot from your deposit after you checked out for some no sense reasons! Do Not Rent Here!

Manager Linda is a nice person. It is a good experience to live with USC Rental for two years. Price is really basic, will live here again next year. Highly Recommend!
Landlord is rude and discriminatory and conditions are extremely unsanitary. 100% do not recommend no matter the price.
