Amazing watches. I was incredibly satisfied with everything from the packaging/box it came in (still have it displayed in my room) to the quality of the watch. It isn’t light at all; it has some good weight to it. I wear it almost every weekend when I’m out and have received the most compliments while wearing it over any other watch I wear!

The owner personally emailed me amd apologized regarding the slow response time. Also, saw the defect and offerred to exchange the watch as said on the warranty. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Terrible customer service. There was a defect on the rotor inside the casing. Contacted for their warranty. Took about 2 weeks for them to respond. Their response was that the smudge or cosmetic defect is "meant to be like this"
Great communication. Customer service explained and guide me through the models difference! Got watch in Cosmos style for myself and Stellair for my uncle’s birthday. Amazing look fits the quality. Can’t be happy. Waiting for Black Friday sale
