Signed up with this company a few years ago and they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Their phone number is a fax now and we have not been able to get in touch with them for over twelve months. There has been no update to the status of getting out of our time share and if you should be contacted by them, DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT!!!!

We have had a very poor experience with this company we have paid them approximately 5,000.00 in fees upfront over 12 months ago and they have done nothing. They do not reply to emails and phone calls. Their protection is an answering machine we leave messages and no one ever replies over a one year period. The sales person who took our money has left the company, he is always polite but does nothing he promises. We believe this is a scam and have reported it to Visa, they are investigating.
In April, 2019, we contracted Vanguard & Associates to release us legally from our timeshare. We paid them 4000. NOW, we can't even get anyone to return our calls!!! They were working on our case but then covid hit. No one responds to voice mail messages or texts.
I thought getting in a timeshare would be easy. Little did I know, they are hard to get rid of. Especially if you're not in the same city as your timeshare. I am very thankful for this team. They made it happen and made my experience delightful. Forever Grateful
I was very skeptical of yet another one of these services. I had nothing to lose so I called Vanguard & Associates. Vanguard kept me in the loop every step of the way, very professional and empathetic. After a few weeks they delivered the best news ever. I was free of this contract. I am forever grateful!
