customer service is really good. I went here to get fitted for a rucksack. The sales personnel was helpful, store was organized and clean. too bad they don't price match even after i showed them the add from another sports store (50 less).

I went in to get sized for a backpack. JP helped me and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. I let him know that I was planning on living out of it for extended periods of time and he helped me find the right fit for my needs. He also did this while helping two other people with pack fittings, but I never felt like my questions weren't being answered.
