I purchased some shoes today. I payed for them and left the total with tax came up to 1094. I payed and left. After I left I was called and told to come back because the sales person made a mistake and scanned the wrong box. He told me he would get in trouble if I didn’t come back . me me being nice and not wanting the worker to get in trouble I go back and bring the box he told me the prices were the same. Once I got back he told me I needed to pay 80 more. I had to drive back to the store wasting my time and gas . for his mistake. I got upset and got a refund due to there mistake

Smaller selection then the one located in Beverly Hills. Some nice designed pieces. The store was clean and organized. It was very empty and the staff were just standing there unhelpful. Very over priced for the fabrics that are used to make most of the clothes. Im familiar with the cost and prices of fabrics. I could tell just by touching some of there clothes it wasnt the best fabric used & on the lower end of quality. Since its a designer name im guessing you pay for the designer not quality. Since its made in a factory just by how the stiching is done. Overall the staff that day wasnt welcoming, they stood there on there phones and looked very bored. They didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. Lol

The Sales Team is Tha Best. One of them was a Beverly Hills, Hollywood 1980's Socialight and I had a Blast talking and Shopping

Due to the coronavirus the store is closed but curbside is available. I had couple questions about a few items and Liliana was able to help me (I’m very content with my purchase ). She was able to inform me about the items within seconds through a txt message sending me pictures of the items as well . Curbside was really easy and amazing I received a complimentary plant and gift card To a vegan restaurant which is really nice Of them thank you Versace and Liliana you have world class customer service

The sales associates were very rude and not knowledgeable about their products. I was not able to get either of the products that I specifically went there for. Don’t waste your time.
