I had a custom Iron design done for the stair railings in my house. The customer service was amazing and the design was done to my liking down to the most minor details. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking to redesign and/or modernize their homes, as the work is very well done and the customer service offered is astounding.

More than 2 years ago, Vic Iron Designs gave us an estimate for a job. We signed a contract and paid him 2,000 deposit. Designs and plans were sent to me, which I approved. He cashed the deposit check that very same day, and never did the job in the weeks and months that followed. The man is a thief, dishonest, irresponsible. I telephoned, sent texts and emails and at first he gave me many excuses, and then NEVER RESPONDED. I filed in Superior Court and he never showed up when summoned . I won a judgement against him. I paid for several deliveries of the judgement, and he NEVER RESPONDED! Do not go near this business!!
Don't waste your time, he'll tell you he can do it, then never respond when the day comes he says it'll be ready.
