NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!!! Hired help and rented trucks on a Saturday to haul our construction refuse. Hours posted on site and online open until 3pm. Showed up at 1:30 and their gates were closed with no one answering any of the posted phone numbers. Now I have to pay for two additional days on the rented trucks and re-hire help another day to unload. EDIT YOUR HOURS before more people have to experience very unnecessary and expensive costs!!!!

I had my gate unlocked for trash pick and they did not pick up trash because it has to be literally open (completely open) in order for them to pick up trash. It's a private property and they want me to leave my gate open all day so other people can also come in?? they want charge extra to open gate for us. Again not to mention they already charge to unlock the gate but on top of that to open the gate. This recycle LA program is the worst program where we are getting charged left and right for small things like opening an already unlocked door. it's like an airline saying you buy airline ticket but you also have to pay extra to board the plane, pay extra to sit in a physical seat. so frustrating.

To me it's a good job that pays well according to my husband, but the down side is that he works wierd hours that always interfere with a normal day.
