Don't go here for dinner unless you like pre-cooked, mediocre (at best) food. Ordered a burger medium and a salmon salad, and the food was delivered within two minutes. Burger was very well done; not sure that putting it in chili could have salvaged it. For the prices and given the other reviews, very disappointing. On a brighter note, the service was decent.

The store is very cozy. I tried Strawberry smoothie, highly recommended, very fresh and has real strawberry.

To me, many factors boost and plague a tea shop; ones quality of toppings, variety, location, the list drones on. However the issue with White and Brown stems maybe from it's ambitous desires. The tea, on several occasions felt off at best producing a strange aftertaste across the few times I have elected to be here. The drink variety was small, something I desire in a tea shop. However, with half of the teas being topped with "cheese foam" it may scare away the most devout Angelenos sticking too closely to their dietary requirements. I have been to a White and Brown that featured better quality but in a different era. I cannot expect top performance when the world is in a perpetual state of dismay. I know you can do it White and Brown, but definitely something funky is going on in the tea.

My friends and I will go here after being around Wilshire sometimes. The place itself is a little hidden and harder to find at night time since the sign isn't very large, but there tends to be parking in front in the street since it's a little bit further away from the main food areas nearby. It isn't a very large place either, and tends to have half or so of the tables filled with students studying or doing homework even in the evenings (they are open until Midnight which is a plus). Overall the menu is a decent size, with a large selection of teas and their specialty cheese foam drinks. Adjustable sweetness levels, hot drink options and two sizes like most tea places in the area with pretty much the same prices. My personal rating for this place is a bit lower than what other people may rate it, but that's because of mainly two reasons: 1. The later it is at night, the more likely they are to run out of teas. I've gone twice - once around 9:30/10:00, the other around 11:30 and they've been out of some of their milk teas. Not the worst thing since they have a decent sized menu, but something to keep in mind if you specifically want milk tea because.... 2. They don't have a lot of milk tea options, and all of their milk teas are on their cheese foam menu. If you like cheese foam, or don't mind only 2-3 options for milk tea then this place should be an A. If you're not a fan (the cheese foam is salted as well) or just want milk tea, you're out of luck.
