I've taken classes at this institution for four years but the lessons and experiences I have gained will last a lifetime. The speech program is amazing and teaches you not just about public speaking, but also about teamwork, the importance of practice, and most importantly self-confidence. I am proud to say that the time I've spent at Wilshire Academy has positively shaped me into a successful individual with speaking skills and confidence unmatchable to many people my age. I highly encourage parents to send their kids here!!

I was a student in the Speech program for three years and it definitely changed me for the better. Being in a creative/competitive environment that puts you out there has really done wonders bringing me out of my shy shell. I never have to worry about presenting anything publicly ever again.

Through my 8 years as a student at Wilshire I have been to countless speech competitions including Nationals and State. I can confidently say that you will not find a better coach than Robert Cannon. He is kind, smart, extremely funny, and knows his craft better than anyone else. Classes at Wilshire have helped me develop tremendously as a public speaker. Wilshire Academy offers a welcoming environment for all students, and I would highly recommend it!
