From beginning to end - what a great experience. I am a wardrobe stylist and deal in customer service all day long and must say I am truly impressed. All you other retailers, take note on how to treat a customer on the phone and in person. I called a few days ago and spoke with Ed, he was clear, communicative, helpful and very nice. I went into the store a couple days later and met Chris. What a good guy. Knew his stuff about all the brands and styles and again was extremely nice and kind. I bought a pair of red wings from him. I went back a few days later and met Esau and it was icing on the cake. Gentleman, knowledgable, not pushy and on it! He took care of me for my 2nd purchase and will definitely be returning again AND recommending to my peeps.

This place was incredible. Best customer service. Saul was extremely helpful and courteous. He took his time to explain how a boot should fit. He was an absolute pleasure. Side note, he did suggest I go up half a size, but I was a \I know me\ kinda gal, well, he was right. I went back the next day, for half a size bigger. Even then he was a pleasure. I highly recommend that you stop by here first. I know I will from now on.

First time here and was best shoe/boot buying experience I’ve ever had. Chris was super helpful to find the right boot for the type of work I do building homes. Highly highly recommend !

Esau was helpful and made me feel comfortable. I’m not the typical work boot buying person and needed help narrowing down what would work. Esau helped me pro con a few of the ladies shoes and I settled on the boots pictured. even tried some of the guys boots to compare. The store is easy to miss and parking limited to the street. The store is clean and organized. The boots prices are in line with other stores like work boot warehouse, big 5, Dick’s and another store I can’t remember the name. Visited them all but like Workboots 4 U best. Spent around 100 with tax and the shoes don’t feel like I need to break them in. I’ll be back for the low top pumas my next visit.

Even though i didn’t physically purchased boots at this store, My fiancé purchased a pair of 6” Thorogood construction boots and I am extremely happy with the service the guys at the store provided my fiancé and for the boots!! Thank you soooo much Workboots4U!
