Mr. Yoon fixed 3 of our watches recently, two of which were done in about an hour and the other was a bit more complicated so it took a few days. Btw, your watch doesn't necessarily need to be a luxury watch. Mr Yoon took a look at a 150 Citizen and let me know the problem and the cost. The other watches we had fixed were a Seiko, a Tag Heuer, and a Charriol. His shop is easy to visit since the parking at the shopping center is free unlike every other shopping center in Koreatown. Also, he is conveniently open on Saturdays, unlike other luxury watch repair shops we researched.

I took two watches in today. A cartier for a battery replacement and an antique Elgin to have a small hand repaired. Mr. Yoon is a lovely man with decades of experience. Service was fast and very well done. I’m not going to publish the prices he charged me. They were so low that I insisted on giving him 100% more. He refused. I managed to convince him to accept 50% more.

This is the BEST place in LA to buy watches. I have bought watches there for years for myself, my husband, my kids, and for my friends. They have the best prices and very friendly and personal service. They do a great job with watch repairs, and they change batteries in two minutes. Penny (the owner) and her family know their customers and take very good care of them. They are very honest and very nice. I have been wearing the same watch that I bought there for maybe the last 15 years. My friends, whom I've turned on to Yoon's Watch Co, have been extremely grateful. If you're thinking of buying a watch or clock, I'd definitely go here first.
From my experience, It was a big mistake to take my expensive watch to unknown and cheap watch shop. Mr. Yoon has fixed all the mistakes done by that other shop.
