They take way too long, don't take the patients seriously, I \had\ to accompany my adult daughter, because after covid and being on quaranteen for a year, and her alone in merced, she self committed for mental health reasons to get diagnosed and recurve the\proper care and medication\ But she had some serious health issues going on, that concerned me enough to take her in, well I exposing to them she was in the new meds, and that that's why I was there, she could not explain her symptoms well, with meds her speech had been slurred lately, they did NOT TAKE HER SERIOUSLY! THEY TREATED HER LIKE SHE WAS CRAZY, and as if she were making up symptoms, made her and I wait for ever, I feared she had based on her symptoms, a blood clot, heart problems, or kidney problems, she presented with severe edema ( swelling of the lower extremities) was having difficulty breathing, and slight chest pain with a itchy and burning sensation where her legs were stolen due to the edema, no urine analysis, no ultrasound of chest legs or thyroid, they have her a very generic chest x ray and sent her home with a bit saying nothing was wrong follow up with your primary doctor and take ibuprofen for the pain! After his waiting and then not letting me in to explain this was the result, to get the next day to her doctor, he was very concerned as I was and immediately ordered the works! That's how serious this is and they ignored her! And did nothing. I have also had another bad review from a year ago in delivery, im appalled completely

It clean that's about it !! No real help came in with pain and throwing up and kept me waiting long only to stick me in a room with no real help hooked me up to a iv and left me there with no info top it off I'm pregnant about to have a baby but you think to check if I was in labor nope took my blood and pee but haven't told me anything of any results..I won't be having my baby here for sure i will have to make the drive else where ...nurses are nice some helpful other just walk around talking about there personal life..this place sucks !! if you guys are really hurt don't come here or in pain if you need a quick view and meds this the place they will give you a play skol check up and send you off ....no jokes

They dont answer the phone, it transfers you to a voice mail box that is full or wont take messages. What kind of hospital cant answer a phone? Wish I could give them ZERO stars.

Tube Time

Caring staff in a comfortable setting. I had my tonsils taken out here, and so did my daughter. My wife also had two cesarean sections here. Satisifed people never write reviews -- just gripy people do. Saddened me when I saw all the 1-star negative reviews from negative people here. Los Banos should be honored to have Sutter-quality in their city.

Where to start? Amazingly inept doctors\u003e Rude staff\u003e Not following recommended covid-19 safety precautions\u003e Subpart medical treatment\u003e In general this is just a really really bad hospital with a subpar medical staff that doesn't actually care about doing a good job or helping people. I've made a mistake twice of taking family members in need of medical attention to this hospital and both times it's been a frustratingly horrible experience with no positive outcome what so ever. If you live in this area just drive the extra 30 or 35 miles a Modesto to one of the other hospitals where they actually know what they're doing and care about helping people.
