They never have tools or parts that I need. Just called to check if they have a tool I need and they are to lazy to check if they have it in stock. They asked me to go to the store to look for the tool I need. So disappointing! You would figure with the prices that they have they would have better selection.

you should not force your sick employees to work. we saw two front counter employees that are obviously sick right now. this is wrong. you are putting other employees and customers at risk of getting sick too. send them home.
