This company is a fraud. Please be very careful while dealing with them. I bought a Rug from their website and had my credit card charged the same day but never received any confirmation about this from abc
NO STARS I bought expensive (6000) area rug from ABC Rug & Home, a subsidiary of ABC Decorative Rugs. It started shedding almost immediately leaving bare spots in the rug showing the rug backing. I have contacted ABC several times. They came out to look at the rug two times stating they could fix it and instructing me now to refrain from vacuuming the carpet nor to clean it except every 3 years. The carpet continues to shed leaving more and more bald spots. I have recently attempted to contact ABC and did so by mail and by phone. They ignore my requests for their help and I am worried since I see "store closing” signs at their location. ABC is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. I am upset that I could be ripped off by a company selling in my home town of Los Gatos
