Having a pool installed and of course the well supply and power lines were traveling directly through the center of the pool and needed rerouting. Called Mr. Gentry and his son, grandson, and coworker arrived at the house in less than an hour and a half from that call. An hour and a half later they were done. They dug a bypass trench roughly 80 ft long by about 2.5ft deep, bypassed my line and power, and filled it back in. The speed and quality is greatly appreciated. Very reasonably priced. I recommend Gentry Well Drilling and will use them for all of my water needs.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Gentry! Our well completely stopped functioning so I searched online and called up Gentry Well Drilling. I called at 8am, he was here by 11am, and had the well fixed in less than an hour. Mr. Gentry was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. He also explained everything he did and showed me exactly what was wrong with the well before he fixed it. I'm so pleased with the work he did and will definitely be calling him if we ever run into trouble with our well again!
Last fall this company left me hanging for two days before they finally made it out to my house and replaced my pump. Now I'm having issues with said pump. Took off of work, they said they'd be here by 10:00 am. No word, finally got back in touch and was given a 1:00 appointment. By 3:00 still no word. Got in touch again and was assured they were coming. Never heard from them. Day 2- can't even get the decency of a call back. Totally unreliable. Don't waste your time with these guys!........ It is now three days later, still haven't heard from them. Sad when people will not honor their work or products! Customer service is definitely not in their vocabulary.

Made an appointment with Mr. Gentry. He never showed up. Didn't call. Didn't answer the phone when I called. That was 2 days ago and still no response.
