Model of excellence in customer service. I had a mini split installed in a barn room. The technicians showed up EXACTLY on the agreed time. They were professional and courteous. But more importantly, their attention to detail was perfect... The installation was perfect! They lined up the conduit, condensate line, and Freon lines flawlessly with the siding, which for my setup was no easy task. Plus, they register your product for the factory warranty. I recommend this company to anyone who values quality service.

AC compressor failed. They came out within the hour. The next day they had someone walk through options for repair and/or replacement. Everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. They even put in window units until they could fix my AC. I am very pleased with their work and straightforwardness.

So many wonderful things to say about Wayne’s. Dylan, our sales rep, came out and gave use an estimate for 3 different systems and other options like new customized duct work which would improve the air flow in our 40 year old house. Dylan took his time listening to our issues and answered all our questions. We never felt pressure to make a quick decision, like some other companies will make you feel. The installation was well organized and done on time. Robby and Brandon were both very polite and efficient. They cleaned up their workspaces and explained how to use our new thermostat. We will be using them for any future HVAC needs!
