Jesse, the service rep, did a great job getting me signed in, and communicating with me during the process. He even got my Ford pass account set up correctly so I can receive future discounts. I've had service at various Ford dealerships over the years and this was the best one yet.

Bob Wright was our salesman and he did a wonderful job showing us every F-150 we had questions about. Very helpful, very polite, very good experience. We went to 3 other dealerships and Louisburg Ford was, by far, the most eager to help and make our experience the best it could possibly be. They will be our first stop next time we buy.
After looking at F-250's for over a month and finding every dealership within 100 miles either not having stock or overpricing the ones they had in stock, Louisburg Ford and Luis Mateo were a Godsend! We found the truck on the internet, called Luis and made an appointment for 4:00pm (after looking at trucks since 8:00 am on the coldest day in Kansas City History) needles to say we were exhausted! When we arrived Luis had pulled the truck to the front of the dealership, cleaned off the snow, and warmed it up. He handed us the keys and asked us to take it for a drive. We loved the truck, but prepared ourselves for the blow of how expensive it was going to be. To out surprise, Louisburg was the lowest priced 2021 Lariat we had driven within 100 mile radius! Then to make this news even better we qualified for so many more rebates than anywhere else we had been! THEY EVEN GAVE US FOR BEING CHIEFS SEASON TICKET HOLDERS! After arriving at 4:15pm we left the dealership with the truck of our dreams, priced lower than we could imagine, with full financing at a great rate by 5:30! It was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made and I will tell EVERY person I meet to drive the extra few miles to Louisburg Ford! We could not be happier!
Jeff Graham was the person I dealt with at Louisburg Ford. I traded a 2017 Expedition King Ranch for a 2019 Expedition Platinum edition with low miles and purchased a new 2021 F250 Lariat with a trade in on my 2014 F150 Platinum edition the same day. I have purchased several vehicles in the past, and usually the experience is nothing short of painful, wasting a full day of back and forth on what you want. Jeff and Louisburg Ford made the process simple and enjoyable. it's an open, upfront, honest approach to car buying or trading. I was literally in and out in less than 40 minutes after the purchases and trades were made. I would highly recommend going there if you're looking for a vehicle. If my needs change, I will be calling Louisburg Ford and Jeff Graham.
This was my first experience with Louisburg Ford. My experience was very good! I have been to other Ford dealerships near me before, and the experience was not good! So I decided to go try Louisburg Ford. My experience here was great. I was not lied to and everything happened as expected. Corey was my service advisor and he was excellent and explained everything clearly. He called me when promised and made it a very good experience!
