Bought a new bad boy mower with David Rohl. Really appreciated his service with us we were told we were getting 0% interest rate through Romans, we were pending approval through the loan service. In the meantime took the mower to our home. When we got back found out that the loan service company charges you an amount to get the loan so it is NOT zero percent interest!! We were never made aware of this or we would have just paid cash. If we would have been made aware we would not feel the way we do. Instead we feel he hid this from us and for that reason we have are around many people an will never recommend this place to anyone!!! That was not customer service an that is not the way you do business with a loyal customer!!

Everyone there are extremely helpful and friendly. I drive from Kansas City to Louisburg for parts and fluids instead of using the local dealer in KC. I'd like to give a particular shoutout to the gentleman in the service department. The dealership is so lucky to have him. His advice is always freely offered and spot on! I'll be trailering my tractor to him for an annual checkup as soon as summer sets in.
