6 years ago I took a big chance and opened a custom metal fabrication shop. I contacted Tom and explained what I wanted to do and what I could spend.. His knowledge was unbelievable and his patience was huge for me, for I was investing everything I had into this.. He sold me excellent equipment , handled all the rigging, and helped me get up and running.. I later purchased 2 more pieces of equipment from him and was just as smooth of transaction as the first.. Tom was always just a phone call away no matter what I needed. I was a small Fab shop but was never treated as one by Action Machinery. I recently had to close and Tom has been just as helpful through this process as he was in the beginning.. Thank you Tom , Kieth, and Tammy for all your help through the years and present! I am the General Manager of Champion Trucking Company, Inc., we have been providing Specialized Hauling Services for Action Machinery. Tom Cheney and his son Keith are very professional and easy to work with. In 20 years we have never experienced any late payments or issues at all with getting paid promptly.
We hauled a machine for this company. They keep avoiding payment. I have called numerous times. Every time i call they avoid answering my questions and hang the phone up on me. I wouldn't trust this company.
