Excellent service and good prices on refills. p Purchasing a tank from them is a bit like paying MSRP for a hail damaged used car. So it's best off if you shop around and bring your own.
I don't usually write a review, but this Company is by far one of the worst one out there to deal with. I am a current customer with them and have locations in Louisville Market. I would start with the new account setup, it's been more than 18 months, they still couldn't switch it from previous owner to new owner. Pricing - my rep name is John Kevin, he is a good guy and is willing to take care of the problem if you are lucky to get hold of him, but the m 3 months down the road you are still in the same spot. so my pricing issue never got fixed and still continued to bill under wrong pricing. Service - not worth it, let me run out every time, this is a busy gas station location and I would have to not only wait few days for the service, but get through the billing issue as well, which until today had not got resolved. I run multiple locations, and don't have hours every time we run into service or billing issue to get C02. I have called and cancelled the account, but they have not bothered to put cancel status on my account or pick up the tanks. Billing department - it is a nightmare, every time you will have to tell them the whole story and try to get them to understand what is actually going on with the account and then they will tell you, we will call you tomorrow or let us talk to your rep and will let you know and it never got anywhere.
