Showed up with short-notice to have them take a look at an issue with my LR2. They seemed to be pretty busy, but still managed to get my problem taken care of in just a couple hours. The facility is a very comfortable and inviting space that made the wait easily tolerable. The only problem is that I walked around their lots and want to buy an Alfa Romeo now.

We brought our 2015 Jaguar in for a routine check. Our Service Advisor, John immediately greeted us, reviewed the car's needs and took it into the service garage. We opted to wait for the car and in the waiting area each time an employee passed by they asked us if there was anything they could get or do for us. Why would anyone driving a Jaguar do business with any other dealer? The most interesting piece of information is that our car was bought in Bucks County, PA. as were the 5 Jaguars previously. We are so very pleased with this dealership's employees, we will be purchasing our 2018 from them. Our sales person will be Jim Williams and we are looking forward to doing business with him.
